Summer Superstars
This literacy rich and engaging incentive program is for children age 2 through those entering 5th grade.   Read, create and engage this summer to earn badges and prizes along the way!  A prize envelope filled with coupons from area businesses and FREE Book will be awarded beginning July 31st for Superstars who have met or exceeded their goal.

Discovery Days - Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. June 15 through August 3
This hour-long program is for children entering Kindergarten through 5th grades.  Events include Kids Zumba, Lego Lab, Beach Week, S.T.E.A.M., building challenges and more!  Register online or in the Children's Area.

Registration opens 10 days in advance and is required at least 24 hours in advance.

Reedsburg Writers - Fridays at 10:00 a.m.  June 16 through August 4
This is a program for all children and teens that are able to write independently.  All the tools needed to write and illustrate stories of your choice wil be provided.  We will publish all participants' work in the library at the end of the summer and have a "publication party" to celebrate! 
No registration is required.


Reedsburg Readers Book Clubs
Join a book club for an exciting time with book-related crafts, games and activities.  A library card should be brought to each meeting so the next book to be discussed can be checked out.  The first books will be available on Tuesday, June 13th. Space is limited, so be sure to register.

R.E.A.D. - Reading Education Assistance Dogs (and Cat!)

Kids of all ages will be able to read to a dog or cat that has been specially trained for this National Literacy Program.
Please sign up in the Children's Area the day of the program.
