In this masterful  novel of espionage and suspense, loner and CIA agent Kate finds love with nerdy Dexter Moore, and soon finds herself an expat in Luxembourg when Dexter is transferred for his high level banking job.  There she unhappily fraternizes with other expat wives and moms until she discovers that the circle of friends is not what it seems, and she becomes increasingly suspicious of her husband’s behavior.  He may also be living a double life.
