Reedsburg Readers II (Online via Zoom)

Reedsburg Readers I & II Book Discussion Clubs are an exciting time of book related activities and fun.  Because we will be meeing on Zoom* (at least initially), after each meeting the next book to be discussed will need to be checked out at the library (either come in and check them out from the main circulation desk or call in to schedule a curbside pickup time).

Space is limited, so please register early.

Readers II is for children going into 4th and 5th grades and meets Tuesdays @ 1:30pm -  June 16th, 30th, July 14th, 28th, and August 4th.

*For this program we will be using the free video communication platform Zoom. While we as the library are doing everything we can to ensure you and your family can safely participate in this program (monitoring the guest list, sending invitations only to those who are registered, having a designated moderator during the program, etc), ultimately as parent or guardian you retain full responsibility for when and how your child participates in online activities. By registering for this event you are agreeing that you understand that the library is not acting in loco parentis (in the place of a parent) and therefore will be nearby, to the degree which is appropriate for the age of your child, during the duration of the program.

Register at least one hour in advance to receive an email invite to join! Participation after registering IS expected, so let us know if you are unable to attend. This program will be live and will not be recorded. This is to protect the privacy of all who are participating. So, just like at the library, you will need to be "there" during the time that it is offered or miss out. Because all of this is just as much new to us as it is to you, we appreciate your patience and flexibility. The month of June will be a test to see if this format works. Feedback is welcomed and will be seriously considered as we move forward into the summer.
